The Omnia Group Results Guarantee Terms and Conditions
1. The candidate must have been compared to a job benchmark with a numerical score and/or recommendation.
2. The candidate must have been recommended for the job. A recommendation is a score of 7.0 or above on the full profile assessment or a score of Fair, Good or Excellent on the 720 assessment.
3. There must be at least one documented phone call from the client to discuss the performance issue with one of our client relations managers prior to termination decision.
4. The candidate must not have worked out for a reason measured by the Omnia Profile; a poor behavioral fit for the job. Issues that are not measured by The Omnia Profile include: Decisions to relocate, change in manager or direct supervisor, psychological/mental health disorders, integrity, work ethic, poor intelligence, lack of appropriate technical skills. Issues that are measured by The Omnia Profile include: attention to detail, assertiveness level, problem solving aptitude, social confidence, pace, resilience, comfort with ambiguity, comfort with structure and guidelines.
5. The replacement report can be used for any position.
Covered: Within the first 6 months of employment, an employee is terminated for poor attention to detail in a job requiring such and was recommended by the Omnia Profile.
Not covered: A candidate leaves or is terminated for not having the computer proficiency required for the job.
